I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from SUNY Fredonia and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Medaille University. I gained valuable experience practicing as an intern and later as a Limited Permit Holder under the supervision of Dr. Meghan Fox.
With a versatile background, I have experience working with Individuals of all age groups and from diverse cultural backgrounds and various identities. My belief is that every person deserves to be recognized for their unique circumstances, and I aim to make therapy a space that is supportive, comfortable, and collaborative for every client. Beyond my professional pursuits, I am a major animal lover at heart and enjoy all things creative including music and art.
I am committed to helping my clients navigate the path to where they aspire to be in life. This involves creating a warm and nonjudgmental space that fits each individual's personal goals. My intention is to provide support and guidance throughout this journey.
I tailor my approach to align with the individualized needs of each person, utilizing a diverse array of evidence-based therapeutic techniques. I believe that therapy should be collaborative between the client and clinician, recognizing the client as the expert in their own life. I understand how difficult and daunting it can be to take the first step in reaching out for help and I will honor whatever pace you may need. I am dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for my clients. Your initiative to seek help is commendable. I look forward to being a part of your healing journey.
